Mission Statement

The mission of the Granger Police Department is to effectively and efficiently provide for the protection of lives and property, preserve the public peace, and provide needed community services with the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Vision Statement

The Granger Police Department is committed to providing outstanding service with fairness, justice and equality for all in an effort to establish and maintain the highest possible quality of life for all persons in Granger, Texas. To this end, we shall interact with the community through a community policing approach to solve the problems of crime, safety and fear of crime in our community.

The Granger Police Department currently has three Full time Officers and seven Reserve Officers.
Chief Justin Powell has been with the Granger Police Department since 2018
Sergeant Tommy Thomas has been with the Granger Police Department since 2008.
Sergeant Ross Brown has been with the Granger Police Department since 2016.
Trey Jeffers has been with the Granger Police Department since 2019.
Randal Glasgow has been with the Granger Police Department since 2010.
Howard Cruse has been with the Granger Police Department since 2011.

Joe Rosser has been with the Granger Police Department since 2015.

Jason Susan has been with the Granger Police Department since 2012.

Doug Grisham has been with the Granger Police Department since 2019.

Michael Watts has been with the Granger Police Department since 2019.
